What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express or direct payments through PayPal or bank transfer.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 20 countries. (Please contact us if the delivery doesn't cover your country)
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods you use?
All orders are shipped via DHL express so we can get it to you fast. Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be created after your purchase is complete.
Can I track my orders?
We typically ship orders in 5-7 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive a DHL tracking link.
Do you sell wholesale?
We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that Ezmeel is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well.
